Hello to SKX GMT fans around the world!

My name is Numataro, and in July 2026, I fell completely down the rabbit hole of the SEIKO 5 Sports SKX-style GMT.

I previously owned a Rolex GMT-Master II, which I bought for 950,000 yen and later sold for 750,000 yen.

One day, I casually searched for the current price of the GMT-Master II—and was shocked to see just how insanely expensive it had become.

How I Discovered the SKX-Style GMT

This is a collection of SKX-style GMT watches.

Since it was already in the past, I didn’t really regret selling it.

But wondering, “What kind of watches are out there these days?” led me to start looking around—and before I knew it, I had completely fallen for the SKX-style GMT.

I’ve always loved things you wear, especially shoes and jeans. Before I know it, I end up owning enough that even if I rotate them every day, it takes more than a month to get through everything.

I also tend to take good care of my belongings. Shoes, for example, last me a very long time because I only wear each pair occasionally.

So I guess it was only natural that I would get hooked on the SKX-style GMT, with all of its different color variations.

Even though the SEIKO 5 Sports SKX-style GMT models share the same basic design, the combination of dial, bezel, and GMT hand colors can completely change the look of the watch.

That’s exactly the kind of thing I love.

What You’ll Find on This Site

I’ll mainly be introducing SEIKO 5 Sports SKX-style GMT models.

I started SKX-GMT.com simply because I wanted a place where I could enjoy collecting and organizing information about the SKX-style GMT series.

I’ll gradually add more model information over time.

I hope this site becomes a place that fellow SKX GMT fans can enjoy.
